CSP - Self Hypnosis Files.

Three files. For use at least one week each. Start with CSP1, and use it for one week. It's best to use these when going to sleep at the end of the day when you are sure not to be disturbed. Do not proceed to the following file until the preceding one has been used for 7 consecutive days.
